我和奶奶漫步在洛浦堤岸上，春色正浓，各种树木都穿着绿装，披着融融春色，迎着悠悠春风，翩翩地舞出婆娑的倩影。小草也从泥土里、石缝里探出头来了，抽出了嫩嫩的、绿绿的叶子，织成了一块块绿茵茵的地毯。草地中间有一些星星点点五颜六色的小花，把草地点缀的更加美丽。洛河水汩汩地柔和地流着，像一个文静的少女，那样安详，那样轻松。河水清澈得很，我随手抓起一块小石子，向河里投去，“啪”的一声，河面上荡起一圈圈水纹，随着响声，一条小鱼跳出水面，我见了高兴地直拍手。远处的河面上，不时有人坐着游船悠闲地划着。
