下午三点，我来到王局长办公室。
王局长，这几天我的眼睛出了问题，几米之外的东西我看不清。我想请一周假到大医院认真检查一下。
你今早不是来过了吗?
来过了?我记不得了。我摸摸头，故作惊讶地问。

20xx年9月，刚刚毕业的我带着对未来的憧憬和实现梦想喜悦，踏进了五龙双语小学的大门，从陌生到熟悉，从理论到实际，不知不觉已是三年。
三年里，我一步步熟悉了学校工作，渐渐的接手了：主持、解说、稿件撰写、课间操组织、小主持培训等一类列学校工作。并慢慢地开始参与部分工作的组织、准备和策划。直到赵丹老师来到学校，我恍惚间好像看到了从前的自己，才暮然发现，原来我竟走出了这么远，成长了这么多。
许多人问我：负责这么多工作，你累吗?我的回答是：累。经常写稿子写到半夜，经常主持、解说到哑嗓子，经常带病坚持工作，不但没有奖金，做不好说不定还要挨训。你说我累不累?
那你为什么还要做?是啊，我为什么要这么做?其实这些工作，领导布置给我的不多，大部分是我自己慢慢揽下的，这是我的特长所在，是我的价值所在，这是领导的信任和栽培，这是我自己的选择，我为什么不做?
从踏进师范学校那刻起，从不断参加各种活动充实自己起，从义无反顾来到双语那刻起，我选择了这个岗位，选择了这些工作，我就必须热爱它们，完成他们。
去年，我的一个同学，请我吃饭，告诉我他正在一家房地产公司工作，最近公司招策划，她一下子就想到了我，并告诉我以我的文采和口才，绝对没问题。我想都没想拒绝了，他很不理解，策划同样可以实现我的价值，写活动方案和主持词，主持活动，写报道，都是我擅长的?比学校工作轻松，工资又高为什么不去呢?我告诉他，那里没有我可爱的孩子们。

记得以前有一个走读生，我特别讨厌他，笨拙、木讷，还回家告状。他的妈妈也讨厌，孩子说什么信什么，今天嫌弃孩子在学校受欺负，明天说孩子座位不好，看不清黑板，课间操磕磕碰碰哪怕一点青紫也要来找，每天板着脸，睁大眼睛挑刺。
在最初的暴躁，厌恶之后，在跟其他老师交流过后，我逐渐意识到，我越是讨厌孩子，讨厌家长，孩子和家长就越抵触我，，
要改变这些，只能从我的开始。
我试着接触他，寻找他的优点，慢慢的我发现上课时他虽然不举手，但眼睛总是渴望的看着我，发现他的桌面地面总是干净的，发现他的作业总是整齐的，我开始喜欢他，跟他交流，当他见到我就会扬起眉毛微笑时，我知道他已经向我打开了的心扉，于是我也跟家长交流，每天都跟她说一说孩子的进步和闪光点，告诉她我喜欢他的孩子，他的孩子是优秀的。慢慢的她的脸上也有了笑容，开始跟我交流她的的想法，开始理解我、信任我、尊重我。
直到现在，不论在那里遇见，她仍然会笑着跟我打招呼，最初的冷漠、刻薄早已不复存在。
而这种爱的投入，也使我在与家长交流时变得顺理起来。 前段时间在跟一个插班生家长交流时，他还说过：你们学校就是不一样，以前的老师每次见了我们就是说孩子不好，你们却能关注孩子的优点，一看你们就是真心喜欢孩子，那孩子在这里我们才能放心，选择你们学校果然没错。还说：孩子有缺点我们知道，只要是为孩子好，您说什么我们都配合。
你瞧，其实打开家长的心、孩子的心唯一的钥匙就是爱。 现在，我很享受跟孩子们在一起的生活，他们会牵着我的手说：老师，我是你的粉丝。会仰起脸瞪着清澈的眼睛说：老师别生气会在我病了的时候给我送药，会扑进我怀里对我笑。
是他们给了我太多感动和温暖，让我如何不爱他?
是学校让我结识这些可爱的孩子，给了我成长与发展，让我如何不爱他?
是教师这个岗位，给了我实现梦想的平台，让我实现了我的人生价值，让我如何不爱他?
所以，每当累了、倦了，我都会告诉自己，这是我的选择，我必须坚持下去;这是我的选择，我必须热爱下去;这是我的选择，这是我的选择。
