在店里点一碗长鱼面。白白的浓汤上泛着金黄的油珠，面宽宽的，韧韧的，超有劲道。长鱼皮反射着灯光，显得格外有食欲。“面来了。”一大碗汤面，还有一碗鱼骨汤和一碗长鱼。
吃长鱼面也是有讲究的。首先要先喝一口鲜汤，那味道不咸不淡，似乎还有点鱼的甜味，总之“鲜”。然后把鱼骨汤、长鱼一起倒入汤面中，撒入一小把葱花，搅拌。吃一口，香气溢满口腔，回味无穷，“好汤！”“好汤！”一口一口细嚼慢咽，仔细品尝，仿佛这一刻是人生中最幸福的事。
